Early Pa pillow cases

I thought I would show you a few of the Pa pillow s;ips that I have in my collection.The first set is my oldest approx. 1830

Outline stitching on the whitework

With voile layered on the back of the stenciled top, I choose a color of thread that can be easily seen. I outline all that is to be stuffed. After the top is all finished the colored thread is removed as you complete the final quilting.
