Wow!! That took longer than I thought. The inside quilting is finished now on to the border. I used a wool batting. (first time) Not sure about the poofyness.
The quilting may have taken a while but well worth it. You quilted close together. That had to have added to the time it took to quilt. I used a wool batt quite some time ago. I can't remember if it was poofier than the cotton batting or not. I would think it would be.
Very Pretty. My experience is the wool batting hand quilted on a wall hanging I did a few years ago suprised me it was so puffy. Whne its done bed size it seems not to be as puffy.
